For Shrimp Skewers:
- 1 pound large shrimp | peeled & deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden or metal skewers
- Fresh parsley or Chives (for garnish)
For BBQ Sauce:

Chef Tip:
Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes to prevent burning while grilling. If using metal skewers, skip this step.
What To Do
- Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
